Content Provider Agreement

This document hereinafter to be referred to as “Agreement” is entered into force by and between the following parties:

Advanced Body Systems: is a business oriented online platform, office located at: Allen, Texas, hereinafter to be known as ‘Platform Owner’

AND

Content Provider: an individual, who will provide services as a content provider, hereinafter to be known as ‘Content provider’

Hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties” agreed to the following terms and conditions of this agreement:

Recitals: The clauses and terms produced in this agreement are to be considered as an integral part of the terms described on the app.sexyselfies.com website and to be read together with these terms.

1.Prohibited and Unlawful Content: The Content Provider agrees that the content provided shall in no manner contradict or violate any of the policies and standards neither shall be illegal, unlawful, unwarranted, or prohibited by the law enforcement agencies or under laws and regulations of the concerned jurisdiction.

1. Consent and Permission:
Content Provider hereby gives the following consent:

a) Consent to be depicted in the content.

b) Consent to allow the content to be used for the public distribution and upload on the app.sexyselfies.com website.

c) Consent for the content to be downloaded, by the users and clients, where it is available for the download.

3.Third party Consent and Permission: Content Provider shall, while obtaining or arranging any content of any person or individual in any manner for the purpose of the nature of this job or position, is required to seek written permission/acknowledgment and consent from the concerned persons and individuals, depicted in the content and to maintain the record of the same to be provided whenever needed.

4.Scope of Third Party Consent and Permission: Content Provider subject to clause 3, shall be responsible and hereby agrees to obtain and seek consent for the following prescribed areas;

a) Consent to be depicted in the content.

b) Consent to allow the content to be used for the public distribution and upload on the app.sexyselfies.com website

c) Consent for the content to be downloaded, by the users and clients, where it is available for the download.

5.Identity verification: Platform Owner has the right to verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in the content to ensure that all persons depicted are adults, major, sound mind and legally capable to give consent and enter into any agreement and, when required, also to provide supporting documents upon request by the Platform Owner.

6.Signature and Date. The Parties hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
